アンタップすると２点ゲインと読むと何かコンボの香りがしますね！

Inspired（神啓）はアンタップする度～という能力なんですかね。

each opponent discards a card.

うーん。
■Pain Seer (1)(B)
Creature - Human Wizard (Rare)
Inspired - Whenever Pain Seer becomes untapped,
reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand.
You lose life equal to that card’s converted mana cost.

攻撃できなければアンタップしないため、ボブ死回避以前に、
何回メリット得られるか疑問。

相手に主導権がある能力は弱いって定石がありますが、
まあまあ悩・・・まないですね。
５マナ5/5にされるのがオチでしょう。

パンプorCIP、どちらにするにも悩むことになる。
レアの奉納は恐怖と覚えました。苦笑

割りと良いと思います。

At the beginning of your upkeep,
if you had another creature enter the battlefield under your control last turn,

信心が青と白となった代わりに、７つ必要となったようですね。
直前のターンにクリーチャーを出せていたら１ドロー。
この色の組み合わせ的に、そこまでクリーチャーが出るだろうか。
ウィニーには重いし。
エスパー人間が居場所かな？
